Our January 18, 2018 meeting will be ‘Not Your Grandmother’s Potluck “ We will have mock cocktails and appetizers, starting at 7 pm. The theme will come from New Years Resolutions. Many of us vow to clean up our quilting space and reduce our stash. What do they really look like? Send Chrissy Bonin a photo of your space and one of your stash. These will be shown in an anonymous slide show. Our speaker will have suggestions for making your quilting space more organized and functional!

Send your photos to [email protected]. Prizes will be given.

“Quilting as a Design Element” Workshop 3/18/2017 with Allison Wilbur

Mar 18 @ 9:30 am – 12:30 pm
(Half day workshop)

“Quilting as a Design Element”
This class complements the “Quilting as a Design Element” Lecture. Students bring quilt tops or patterns and we discuss design options to suit the use, style, and design of the quilt. This is a great guild activity and will help all levels of quilters including hand quilters. This is a design class and no sewing machines are required. The more quilts students bring in, the more samples we will have to talk about quilting!
